Your Burning Question Answered...
How much does this cost?
But First!
Please understand the DOT SAP program is MANDATORY if you would like to return to duty. You may also wait 5 years, but some states may still require a DOT SAP evaluation to reinstate your license.
Also, your DOT SAP is a licensed professional with specialized training on the DOT rule 49 CFR part 40 AND with experience in assessing and treating substance use disorders AND has completed at least 12 hours of DOT-specific Substance Abuse Professional training. If you choose Deauna, she has run a trucking company and has experience in the industry. She has also evaluated train conductors, airline pilots, flight attendants, and linemen.
If you have NO drug/alcohol history, a refusal, or made a one-time mistake, the DOT SAP program is still mandatory and you will still be educated on the effects of drug/alcohol use and abuse. You are a safety-sensitive covered employee under the DOT. The information is important and relevant to you. Most drivers appreciate the knowledge. The recommendation is individualized to YOU and your evaluation.
The fee includes all required services mandated by the Department of Transportation:
Initial Evaluation
Follow-up Evaluation
Final Evaluation Report
Follow-up Testing Plan
Clearinghouse (if FMCSA)
BONUSES Include:
-Submitting reports to Employer and DMV Unlimited times
-Ongoing support via phone, text, and/or email during and after completing the program (no ghosting and super rare!!)
-DOT SAP Driver group with list of companies who accept SAP drivers and weekly new opportunities posted
